Project Engineer (m/f/d) Marine Systems

Job Description

At Danfoss Drives, were on the lookout for a Project Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Danfoss Drives System Project team. The role offers flexibility, welcoming applications from candidates based in different areas across mentioned countries within Europe, with hybrid and remote work possibilities.

As our new team member, youll play a crucial role in overseeing the design and material delivery coordination of Danfoss Drives Marine system projects. Your responsibilities include creating and coordinating technical project documentation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and occasional travel to customer and sub-supplier locations.

Job Responsibilities

• You will take charge, steering and managing projects technically and collaborate with another project teams. Your responsibility includes ensuring the creation and updating necessary project documentation and designs.
• Your role involves demonstrating excellent communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders across different regions, including Europe, the US, or China.
• We want you to actively support and/or participate in harbor and Sea Trial Acceptances.
• Bring your technical expertise in frequency converters, switchgears, and rotating machines to the table. Your know-how is crucial to the success of our projects.
• You will play a key role in comprehending project business for marine systems, including regional differences in requirements.
• Showcase your technical understanding for requirement development and related documentation tools. Your insights are vital to our project success.

Background & Skills

• We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor´s and/or Master´s degree in electrical and/or automation engineering.
• Your application should showcase your relevant work experience in a similar technical environment. Experience on System delivery project is beneficial.
• We need someone like you - proactive, with an active approach to work, capable of making decisions and solving problems.
• You should be adept at managing multiple topics simultaneously.
• Utilize your fluent English language skills (both verbal and written) to ensure effective communication.
