We have an opportunity for a Resource Planner role to join our Honeywell team in Rosmalen.

As a Resource Planner you will be responsible for timely and correct planning of Service activities with the right FSEs according to customer demand and SLAs, follow-up of service activities and follow the progress of planned activities.

Primary responsibilities:


  • Coordination and planning of service activities:
  • Activities to be planned are maintenance, commissioning, repairs and other service tasks
  • Responsibility for good and efficient communication with internal and external customers
  • Efficient and effective planning with optimal FSP productivity
  • Assigning work to Field Service Engineers and third parties organizations
  • Responsibility of the right, efficient and timely assigning of field service engineers and third parties for maintenance,commissioning, repairs
  • Responsibility for planning labour capacity in collaboration with the Field Service Leader - continuous improvement:
  • Participation in the Honeywell Operating System
  • Participation in the improvement proposals on the processes and standard work
  • Resolving conflicts with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Responsibility for following safety and HOS guidelines
  • Arrangement and follow-up in the team the implementation of Honeywell Operating System Basic requirements:
  • Vocational education (MBO) technical or relevant experience
  • Product knowledge
  • Communication skills
  • Focusing on results and quality of the performance
  • Focusing on problem solving, efficient planning
  • English and Dutch very good command
