HVAC Specialist Engineer

Amsterdam

52,000 Euros per year

Resourcing Group have an exciting new opportunity to join the worlds leading commercial FM, Property & real estate company, on one of their most prestigious global accounts.

As an HVAC Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of HVAC-related installations at the location. You will manage various stakeholders and ensure the right maintenance, switching quickly in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing subcontractors and coordinating maintenance activities.

Processing maintenance reports and follow-up of recommendations.

Independently carry out small projects, such as replacing assets or repairs.

Providing input for the Multi-Year Maintenance Plan of site.

Oversee and lead HVAC maintenance projects, with reporting to the Site Manager.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in a technical field with a broad technical background, experience in supervising maintenance projects in both preparation and execution phases, be in possession of a VCA VOL certificate and good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and written
