As Data Lead we expect you to take on a leading role in the data transformation of your domain and tackling these challenges. This means you’ll be working independently and be able to lead your own teams to ensure results.How you achieve results in this? That’s up to you. • Helping the business gain insights into how they perform using data.
• Setting the standards on what it means to be “data driven”.
• Leading the development of Data, AI and Analytics novel Data & AI solutions and help the business realize value from already more mature products.
• Proactively steering on driving value and transformation through the solutions developed by making this visible and measurable.
• Helping your teams (+/- 10-12 FTE) have a customer centric approach, i.e. help them fall in love with solving the business problems and not only the data solutions.

• Deep affinity with data & innovation is a must. Therefore, we require minimal 10 year of experience working in a data centric role connected to Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced analytics or Innovation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, a few of which of managing multiple scrum teams (e.g. product manager, head of product).
• Experience with data driven transformation.
• Experience with fact-based performance management (e.g. steering based on KPI’s, using OKRs).
• A customer focused, results oriented and are driven by making Schiphol a better place through data.

You get this

• € 5552 to € 7803 gross per month (Schaal 14).
• A 13th month (year-end bonus).
• The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week.
• An NS Business Card that fully reimburses travel by public transportation to and from work.

Our enthusiastic team works on data-driven improvements in our processes, traveller flows and information provision.
