What are you going to do?

You’ll be part of the team working on NN’s Design System called ‘Matter’. Matter includes all resources (design libraries, code component libraries) and documentation (principles, guide-lines, patterns) our UX designers and software engineers use daily to work on our websites, portals, and apps.

You will:

• Be involved in our internal design system community to help out fellow designers and gather user insights
• Research design system related topics, such as digital accessibility, best practices on de-sign patterns or help out with user research
• Help out with co-creation sessions with other UX Designers and/or our Brand team
• Creating scalable Figma components, and writing design guidelines
• Participate in the NN Design Guild, the place where our designers unite

• You know how to work with Figma or other similar design tools and you are able to communicate your ideas in English

You will work together with

The Design System team is a multidisciplinary product team including a Tech Lead, Software Engineer, and UX Designers (as well as ad-hoc support from an Agile Coach). It goes without saying we follow Agile methodologies and empowered product team principles. The atmos-phere in the team is informal and international-friendly. Outside the team you will collaborate a lot with Group Branding, colleagues of the UX Design guild and other stakeholders (including International).
