Senior Account Technology Strategist - Police and Justice

Account Technology Strategist (Police & Justice) This strategic, leading role helps our Police & Justice customers with their business challenges, designing the strategy and architecture to accelerate strong business outcomes and ultimately enable law enforcement, solve crimes and protect citizens.
We need to help our customers improve their cybersecurity, to get more from their data, to digitize their processes and drive innovation across the customer ecosystem to create meaningful impact on the lives of our citizens and environment.

Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation Strategy: Understand customers industry and business goals, Microsoft solution areas and partner solutions to build the 3-Horizon roadmap to enable customer’s DT/Innovation agenda. Expand Microsoft relationships with customers into strategic DT partnership
• Technology & Industry Thought Leadership: Reimagine the role of technology as a business and innovation partner to drive the DT agenda of our Police & Justice customers, help them understand the impact of emerging and strategic technologies and inspire & influence them for Microsoft technologies to become the main enabler of business innovation and societal impact.
• Business & Enterprise Architecture: Create a long-term strategy which links business, technology, and industry needs of our customers to enable their business and transformation strategy and drive sustainable change.
• Technology Sales: Orchestrate technology sales activities to drive the digital transformation vision and roadmap of our customers with Microsoft technologies. Plan and orchestrate the solution proposal and coordinate technology sales teams to provide the right solution to the customer
• Account Leadership: Be a Change Agent internally and externally to inspire and ideate about possibilities innovative technologies provide to drive business strategy and priorities of our customers. Own and strengthen the collaborative relationship with C-level, innovation, and technology executives. Create an inclusive and supportive environment for your account team to be successful, embracing Microsoft’s philosophy of ‘come as you are, do what you love’!
• Orchestration: Ability to manage and lead a diverse virtual matrix of teams across all areas of Microsoft.

Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND extensive years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in Government industry
• Due to the specific requirements of this role, Dutch language proficiency is essential.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
• Substantial years experience in relevant customer industry.
• Proven years experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
• Microsoft certificates are highly recommended (Azure fundamentals, Microsoft Data Fundamentals, Microsoft Security Fundamentals).
