We are looking for a co-operative Customer Service Support for full-time position, to strengthen our Sales and Customer Service team. As Customer Service Support, youll play an important role in helping our business achieve its commercial objectives by supporting with general administrative tasks. You will also ensure that our customers have the best experience possible, no matter what channel they choose to contact us. Main duties and responsibilities
  • Multitask projects and priorities
  • Onboarding new customers according to SOX requirements
  • Supporting in digitalizing customers solutions
  • Providing data for newsletters
  • Answer direct phone calls and emails
  • Support management in reporting
