About this role
As a Senior CRM Specialist in the Partner Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving partner engagement and success through strategic use of CRM technology and data insights. Focused on improving the partner journey, you will work to enhance the experience for Just Eat Takeaways diverse global network of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners.
We are looking for a tech-savvy, data-driven professional who can leverage CRM tools and marketing automation to create meaningful, personalized email campaigns and always-on journeys that resonate with our partners. By analyzing partner behavior, youll develop targeted strategies to optimize existing programs and introduce new initiatives that foster long-term partner loyalty and commercial growth.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Own and execute all aspects of omni-channel campaigns within SFMC, including email, SMS, WhatsApp and landing pages.
- Drive the design, implementation, and global adoption of new Salesforce functionalities, optimize workflows, and lead CRM integration with other tools and systems to create a seamless partner experience.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, data, and engineering) to develop and deploy campaigns and automations that deliver a positive and error-free user experience.
- Own and execute on automated and triggered journeys to consistently deliver key messages and drive sustainable and recurring actions and impact
- Provide ongoing support, conduct training on processes and best practices, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal Salesforce performance
- Ensure data integrity by monitoring deliverability, cleaning partner data, and troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with technical teams as needed.
- Analyze CRM data to propose standardized (campaign) tactics and develop strategies to segment partners based on behavior, demographics, and patterns for targeted, personalized marketing campaigns/journeys.
What will you bring to the table?
- You have experience using a large ESP (preferably SFMC) and experience in building, managing and deploying marketing automations
- You enjoy building both a basic newsletter as well as a complex partner journey with liquid logic
- You have advanced technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or Ampscript.
- You are comfortable and motivated working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Youre extremely organized, can problem solve independently and are comfortable managing tight deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail
