• Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,331 and EUR 6,186 (scale 09) for a 36 hour week
• Thirteenth months salary and 8% holiday allowance
• 10% Employee Benefit Budget
• EUR 1,400 development budget per year
• Hybrid working: balance between home and office work (possible for most roles)
• A pension, for which you can set the maximum amount of your personal contribution

You and your job As a member of the Chapter Global Artificial Intelligence (GCAI), you play an important role in shaping Rabobanks AI future. The purpose of the chapter is to deliver and enforce van guardrails (e.g. AI Way of Working) for effective and compliant execution for (Gen)AI use cases. We contribute to improvements for the customer, the employee and by that we are growing a better a world together. The chapter just started as a team and as a global partner for all colleagues, so one thing is clear: change is the magic word. We need you as an AI consultant when you like to solve complex and often urgent situations. We want to be part of the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the chapter and our stakeholders. By staying at the forefront of emerging AI topics, you will play a key role in integrating these advancements into the banks Artificial Intelligence capabilities. With an eye for AI risk management, you safeguard our core operations, while your command of AI ethics and law ensures our systems are built on trust. We are seeking dynamic individuals who possess a blend of skills and experiences. Your experience could span across diverse fields such as data science, risk management, law and ethics, technology, or project and process management —but a common thread is your passion for and preferably experience in Artificial Intelligence. Your ability to think critically, work collaboratively and take ownership will support the bank in its mission.

• 3-5 years working experience preferably within data & analytics environment.
• Experience: you have demonstrated success in your first years at a (digital) consulting jobs, including managing complex projects and/or clients.
• Masters degree in Strategy, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
• Affinity with (Gen)AI
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Embodies a diverse set of skills and qualities e.g. storytelling , stakeholder management, strategize effectively, manage change efficiently.
• Energy and enthusiasm for working in a creative and pioneering environment. Ability to negotiate and influence for introducing new or achieving common solutions
• Social skills, team player, right balance between talking and listening, able to connect different kinds of people from lower management to C-level.
• Fluent English proficiency and Dutch fluency is a plus.
