The Job As a Sales Support Representative at stichd it is your responsibility to manage the complete order process and offering optimal service to our customers and sales force. You are responsible for the order, forecast and delivery process and ensuring optimal services and support towards the assigned accounts. Your account portfolio varies in different business models (distributor, retailer, sponsor). Furthermore, you support in sales activities to drive the business categories and brand-portfolio in order to maximize turnover and profitability. Your Mission
  • Ensure excellent services and support towards our customers;
  • Ensure perfect liaison in forecasting needs from the customers and stock levels;
  • Monitor the order process and make sure products are delivered following customer agreements;
  • Analyzing and monitoring sales- and turnover results of your client portfolio and proactively flagging commercial opportunities to Sales;
  • Suggest actions and ways to further improve the business;
  • Managing Accounts Receivable and Debtor management;
  • Be constantly critical about the ways of doing business and pro-active for (new) opportunities;
  • Being a sparring partner for Sales and suggest, identify, inform and sometimes challenge them in relation to collections, commercial opportunities, terms & conditions, replenishment methods, logistic models etc;
  • Support the Account Manager in preparing sales meetings;
  • Propose and implement suggestions to improve the business, where creative and commercial thinking is important;
  • Monitor SMU and SH (special handling) process and responsible for on-time delivery;
  • Monitoring logistics processes in cooperation with our Warehouse in Tilburg;
  • Proficiency in Inco terms, export and different operational models;
  • Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.
Your Talent
  • Minimum bachelor (HBO) education in Sales or relevant working experience in a related field;
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a sports-lifestyle industry or international organization with global brands;
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferable;
  • Your English is on a proficiency level;
  • You recognize yourself in these skills and competences: Communicative, Analytical, Commercial, Structured, Stress resistance.
