YOUR TASKS
  • Coördineren van operationele naleving, werkend met onze beveiligingssystemen, gebaseerd op drie pijlers: beveiligingsorganisatie, systemen/techniek (en naleving intern en extern) en wetgeving. Dit stelt ons in staat om de items van onze klanten en hun intellectueel eigendom te beschermen.
  • Coördineren van de geïntegreerde aanpak en samenwerking tussen verschillende partijen met betrekking tot de beveiliging van Arvato-locaties in Nederland.
  • Beheren en coördineren/plannen van beveiligingsleveranciers.
  • Verbeteren van kwaliteit en beheren van het budget.
  • Risicos documenteren door risicoanalyses en rapporten, ondersteuning bieden aan de Operations Manager bij het nemen van acties.
  • Communiceren met zowel externe als interne belanghebbenden.
  • Handhaven van vereiste operationele kwaliteitsnormen, ondersteuning bieden bij audits en het onderhouden van certificeringen zoals TAPA-A.
  • Zorgdragen voor het business continuity management
  • Controleren van veiligheidsnormen en het verstrekken van werkvoorschriften voor operaties en externe leveranciers.

YOUR PROFILE
  • HBO-level of education. Achieved through either a completed vocational education (MBO) and work experience in a similar environment, or a completed HBO-level education such as Integral Security Management, Facility Management, or Business Administration;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP (or similar software) and GENETEC (or similar software)
  • Affinity and knowledge with technology, camera systems, detection/alarm systems and access control systems.
  • Knowledge of TAPA-A certifications;
  • Affinity with business continuity management / crisis management
  • Research skills to enhance security levels
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English languages;
  • Ability to advise and motivate both external and internal stakeholders.
