YOUR TASKS

  • Achieve key targets related to service delivery, profitability of accounts, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee Client Reporting (such as KPI’s, invoicing, daily status reports)
  • Determine client desires/requirements and work with operations to supply these needs
  • Oversee the activities of staff, hire, train, plan and evaluate staff, next to this you support the Customer Support Manager and report directly to her
  • Evaluate system flows and recommend improvements/resolve issues and work on continuous improvements.
  • Manage weekly and monthly (team) meetings and meetings with the team and customer
  • You’re the first point of contact for escalations internal and for customers

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have leadership experience in coaching, and motivating people within a Customer Support department
  • Strong and effective communication skills in English
  • Results oriented with focus on achieving overall business objectives
  • Ability to manage customers while working as a team player/leader across internal multi-functional business units within time and resource constraints
  • HBO / B.A. degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
