Lead Test Engineer

The team is responsible of enabling the computation of complex mathematical algorithms to define lens setpoints.

We are are looking for a Lead Test Engineer to be part of our team that could help us with the following responsibilities:

• Have a critical view on the review of requirements to ensure that they are testable, traceable and evaluate the risk of implementing a new functionally in DUV scanners.

• Define the test plan for the new features being developed. Together with the software architect you identify which test cases need to be developed to qualify the new feature.

• Together with the development team you ensure that the test cases are implemented and can be automatically executed. At the end of the development phase you provide a release advice for the new feature.

• You identify improvements to speed up the development speed of the team, and improve the test coverage of the released functionality based upon customer feedback.

The following competences are required:

• Understand of software development cycle, V-model, requirement based engineering.

• Critical eye to perform risk management, define mitigation plans and test plans.

• Experience with software test and qualification: requirement based testing, system testing, performance testing, component testing, test in isolation, test driven development

• Experience with Python and technologies that are used for mocking interfaces or software dependencies

• ISTQB® Foundation certification is desirable
