Overview: The Content Projects Coordinator is responsible for effectively supporting the Manager, Content and Production on every step of the content process, from initial briefing through concept, execution, and delivery, ensuring online and offline content delivery across all channels within the marketing team. The This role works closely with key stakeholders to ensure content is delivered on time. Appropriate Q.C. steps have been taken to provide content (images, copy, and assets) delivered to briefs. The content traffic coordinator receives requests from multiple departments. These requests include copy, design: newsletter, ecom assets, digital marketing, and retail. You are a natural communicator who can identify process improvements and gain buy-in from key stakeholders to effect change. You love working in a busy environment and supporting extensive campaigns next to the ongoing daily tasks requiring prioritizing multiple projects and tasks. Finally, you are comfortable working closely with design and copy teams to ensure all briefs are executed to plan and that there is a close working relationship. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day content creation in partnership with the internal design and copy teams for marketing needs across online and offline channels.
  • Support in reviewing briefs to ensure they are completed and assigning work to the design and copy teams.
  • Partner with marketing team members across all briefs and build out project planning and delivery timelines based on overarching team workload.
  • Manage all projects in defined platforms such as Jira and Airtable and support individuals across other teams in properly leveraging PM platforms for streamlined communications and efficiency.
  • Coordinate queries from the design and copy teams and look at areas to improve the process between the two teams.
  • Conversations with stakeholders on briefs and timelines to ensure the broader teams follow the agreed-upon process.
  • Communicate relevant project plan, progress, and risks to key stakeholders
  • Identify key cross-functional process improvements, and work with key stakeholders to implement the changes.
  • Identify key issues within day-to-day creative workflows, and gain buy-in from the team and broader stakeholders where necessary to make changes.
  • Support coordination of the wash-up process for day-to-day content requests, gather feedback on the success of the project against key KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and agree / action key action points for moving forward
  • Support in photoshoot pre-production, production and post-production of brand campaigns.
  • Support on budget tracking for campaigns and projects.
  • Support additional team project managers with vendor campaigns, promotional campaigns, activations and PDP content.
Qualifications: Skills and qualifications you bring to the table
  • Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Traffic management tools and best practices
  • Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or retail/ dynamic work environment
  • Strong communicator and influencer
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize key projects within this fast-paced environment
  • Experience in campaign/ content planning/knowledge of agile workflows is a bonus.
  • Expressive and creative, which can adapt quickly to changing situations and different target groups/ products and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and with own initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a small team and coordinate activities with other departments
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written), preferably knowledge of another European language
  • Affinity, enthusiasm, and interest in sports (especially running and fitness) & fashion is a plus.
