As a Senior Product Manager at Amadeus (SRM Flex), your impact will be pivotal in driving the companys growth. As the key member of one of two cross-functional product teams, you will work closely with developers, designers, and data science engineers. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to validating the success of your solutions. Customer-centric mindset, out-of-the-box thinking, and the ability to develop efficient solutions to highly impactful opportunities are essential to excel in this role.

You will work closely with the Head of Product Management (Kambr) to transform product organization into, fostering collaboration with diverse teams across Amadeus, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.SRM Flex is a revenue management application that helps airlines to navigate the challenges of digital transformation by lifting their revenues through analyst-built, analyst-designed product.

What You Will Do

• Execute vision and strategy for your product area in accordance with the company’s overarching vision and product strategy

• Lead cross-functional product squad, collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and other specialists to co-create and deliver value

• Conduct market research, user interviews, and product usage analysis to identify insights and discover new opportunities

• Create, test, and prioritize opportunities and assumptions for product changes Create detailed product requirements, including user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Align product plans with overall business strategy and activities by working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams Contribute to go-to-market strategy and collaborate with product marketing team to produce help, marketing, and sales materials

• Serve as a passionate advocate for the product within the company, taking ownership of decision-making processes and driving the attainment of measurable results.

What We Look For

• Extensive Product Management experience with B2B SaaS and/or Enterprise products

• Ability to grasp industry and market trends and apply these insights to product development

• Experience working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to make informed decisions

• Genuine passion for delivering a superior user experience through intuitive interfaces and exceptional usability

• Experience of going through a full product development lifecycle: finding and transforming customer needs into opportunities, co-creating product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), driving prioritization, and pre/post-release execution

• Strong orientation toward effective cross-functional collaboration via open, respectful, and empathic communication

• Experience with Scrum and/or other agile-based frameworks
