RBA Project Manager

Introduction to the job

As RBA Project Manager, you will lead cross-departmental programs and projects in the area of Cyber Security.

Role and responsibilities

The RBA (Risk and Business Assurance) Project Manager typically leads cross-departmental programs and projects that have direct impact to all operations. As a Project Manager, you understand the agreed objectives and are able to motivate a wide group of stakeholders, keep everyone informed about the progress and bring the activities to successful completion.

In particular, we are looking for a project manager to lead projects in the area of Cyber Security.

The RBA (Risk and Business Assurance) department supports all ASML departments with Integrated Risk Management and Risk Mitigation. Through a portfolio of improvement projects, RBA helps ASML to achieve its business goals.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Leading complex, impactful and multi stream projects and project teams.
• Manage and consult multiple (groups of) stakeholders on a tactical/strategic level.
• Plan and lead information gathering, analysis, negotiate, specify and agree on project deliverables, identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
• Production and approval of project plans, ensuring compliance with program management framework, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
• Negotiates and manages deployment of project resource budgets.
• Leads, engage and motivate project team members.

Education and experience

Having a strong team focus and collaboration mindset, you will work with peers and stakeholders across the ASML organization on Cyber Security Projects . In this role, it is crucial that you are able to operate well on various levels of the organization. You have a solid IT project or program management background and can interact well with both technical and non-technical peers and stakeholders. Ideally, you will bring these competences and skills to the table:

• Master’s degree in IT management, Cyber Security or equivalent level achieved by work experience.
• 10+ years of leading large projects / programs in IT, Cyber Security, Risk Management and/or Project Management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build solid relationships and establish trust at different levels.
• Excellent knowledge of and experience with Project Management methodology, preferably PMBOK
• An excellent command of the English language is a must, Dutch language is preferred.
