About the Job:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Supervisor located in Weert, Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for all parts matters, including but not limited to: do the pick and pack, drive a forklift if needed, parts sales, parts claims, and parts storage management.
Responsibilities:
1.Put parts on shelves, pick and pack, help customers identify parts, manage inventory.
2.Do the corresponding storage and sorting according to the parts list issued by the company headquarters.
3.Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
4.Monitor and track the movement of parts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
5.Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of parts for assembly.
6.Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality and condition of parts.
Requirements:
1.Have the work rights with no restriction in the Netherlands.
2.Proven experience of working as either a Parts Supervisor or similar role in the machinery industry .
3.A valid forklift license will be a definite advantage.
4.Have the knowledge of mobile elevating work platforms .
5.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
6.Strong communication skills.
7.Fluent written and spoken English/Dutch.

Pay: €3.000,00 - €4.500,00 per month
