About Heineken E-business
Our dream at HEINEKEN is to help our customers grow by serving them better, faster, and smarter with digital solutions. The HEINEKEN E-Business team combines a portfolio of solutions and services to meet the needs and solve the pain points of our customers. The HEINEKEN E-Business team is where product teams, Global Sales, Digital & Technology, as well as our Operating Companies work together in an agile way, breakthrough classical silos and adopt new ways of working.

This role will sit in the Transformation Management team that is part of the HEINEKEN E-Business organisation. This team is dedicated to ensuring that both the transformation at a department level as well as the changes that E-Business drives in the Operation Companies are continuously improving. This involves the right communication, definition of roles and responsibilities as well as optimizing the commercial processes.

What will you do as a Process Excellence Manager?

You will love this role if you want to understand processes and have a drive to optimize them and if you are a strong communicator and love to connect with stakeholders.

In this role you are responsible for mapping both the internal E-business processes - for example the way we develop, build and deploy new products - and understanding the commerce process within our OpCos. You will be working together with the Product teams, our Growth & Transformation managers and champions and the Digital & Technology team. You’ll do this by:

  • Delivering process expertise through Process Improvement, Design & Modelling and identifying opportunities to support changes in operations, ways of working and roles.
  • You will Develop relevant toolkits, frameworks and materials to support the capability building of process optimization within eBusiness and linked to Commerce and D&T.
  • Share best practices by bringing insights to key stakeholders and contribute to a culture of process excellence.
  • Lead, facilitate and participate Process Optimization workshops where relevant, mapping AS-IS and TO-BE processes, with relevant toolkits and material to support the discussion
  • Develop positive relationships with key partners across the eBusiness team, Commerce and wider D&T department such as DBB
  • Leverage internal and external benchmarks to identify business process improvement initiatives

Picture this: one day, you are making sure you understand and improve the ways of working between our different E-Business pillars, and the next you are diving into the commercial processes of our Brazilian OpCo to make sure it is optimally set-up for the future.
