Shelf life sample Coordinator

Context

Gives guidance to a performing agile team. Focus is on the agile process and events, driving operational activities. Has limited interaction outside own team, mainly with peer Scrum Masters within the train.
Operational/short term (iteration goals), focus on team eco-system to enable the team for sustained high performance.

Requirements

Master degree or equivalent working and thinking level, with solid experience in engineering or IT. Experience with agile working and likely to have some experience as Scrum Master.
Good knowledge of business concepts and principles of improving maturity levels of teams, team-building and facilitation, removing roadblocks. Solid experience with iterative development fundamentals and teaching this to others.

Responsibilities

Meet realistic team/train commitments

Verifies that planned activities are on track with iteration plan. Identifies impediments, to ensure commited iteration goals are met by the agile team.

Build a competent team/train

Focuses on the process by applying standard tool and methodologies. Guards the rituals and practices in the team.
Is developing skills to facilitate and coach the team.
Is building up technical and business affinity.
Is coached by GL/RTE/senior SM

Relentless improvement (based on lean-agile mindset and principles)

Gathers feedback on team rituals, identifies bottlenecks and provides advice regarding improvements in team rituals, while implementing the framework and methodologies defined.
