As an IT Project Integration Lead at ING Wholesale Banking - Capital Services, you will be pivotal in driving the successful integration of cutting-edge software solutions. You will ensure seamless coordination across global teams, manage technical dependencies, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget constraints. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT initiatives, ultimately contributing to the excellence of our working capital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate large-scale IT projects, particularly focusing on the selection and integration of new software packages for wholesale banking working capital services.
- Technical Integration: Develop and oversee the IT implementation plan, ensuring technical interdependencies are managed and prioritized effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams including architects, product leads, IT analysts, and external vendors to ensure cohesive project execution.
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage the complete lifecycle of IT solutions from planning and governance to testing and deployment.
- Reporting and Governance: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
Hard Skills:
- **Project Management** - Minimum of 5 years in project management, with experience in international and complex projects. - Expertise in software package selection and integration. - Proven track record in banking sector projects.
- **Technical Knowledge** - Strong IT background, particularly in system integration and implementation. - Familiarity with end-to-end testing, deployment processes, and IT governance. - Experience with Agile methodologies.
- **Stakeholder Management** - Ability to collaborate with diverse groups such as architects, product leads, IT business analysts, and external vendors. - Experience in vendor management and coordinating cross-functional teams.

- Initial 6 month contract assignment with option to extension
- Hybrid working (on/off-line in the office) 36 hour work week
- Full pension according to Dutch temp labour CLA
- Bandwidth for a fixed term assignement: €5996 - €8283 gross per month, excl. holiday payments and 13th month
- Visa and relocation services available for non-EU candidates
- No contractors/ZZP allowed for this role
