HOW DO YOU MAKE OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY? By managing the operational warehouse team daily to process the orders! A role in which you can make a difference. And its up to you to make it! How are you going to do that? By dividing the work in your team. The dynamics are great - it is never a dull moment! You have people skills to ensure that your team develops and is happy at work. And a helicopter view to keep the overview.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR? You will coordinate the operational warehouse team daily and monitor its progress! Within the team you divide the work and you investigate problems that arise. The Warehouse Supervisor will get supported by you in capacity needs and personnel planning. You also coach your team in their development and provide input to the Warehouse Supervisor for performance development. The warehouse and resources are used in the right way and with your way-of-thinking you see opportunities for improvements in the logistics processes! Finally, you ensure that everyone enjoys going to work.

• Managing and coordinating your warehouse team on a daily basis;
• Coaching the team in their development;
• Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in personnel planning and performance development;
• Initiate improvements in the logistics processes;

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE MATCH WITH YOU?

• You love logistics! Possibly you have an MBO diploma in logistics;
• Your attitude and mindset are positive and you would like to learn more in logistics;
• People describe you as a team player!;
• You can make yourself understandable in English in conversation and via email;

WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING? You will work at our location in Venray, where there is a warehouse of 42,000 m2. There you will manage a team of 10 till 20 employees and you will do this in shifts. Of course you dont do this alone! In addition to your warehouse team, you often work together with other Assistant Warehouse Supervisors and the Warehouse Supervisor, to whom you report. The atmosphere can be characterized as driven and professional, where there is certainly room for fun and connection! Together you want to provide the best logistics service to the customer.
WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU? At CEVA Logistics in Venray, in addition to a nice job, we offer the following:

• A gross salary between € 2.470 and € 3.184 depending on your work experience and level of education;
• An annual contract with the intention to go to a permanent employment;
• Shift allowance on top of your basic salary;
• Growth opportunities towards Warehouse Supervisor (and other departments);
• 25 vacation days, 40 ADV hours and possibility to buy or sell extra leave;
• Profit distribution of max. 3% in case of positive business results;
