The team
You will be joining the Marketing department. The department consists of multiple teams focused on driving growth to the platform through omnichannel marketing and rapid experimentation.
The teams are responsible for various domains: Communications, Brand, Content, Public Relations, SEO, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Email Marketing & CRM, Social Media and Product Marketing.
The Role & Impact
As a CRM and Email Marketing Specialist, your core purpose, strategy and activities will evolve around nurturing customer preference and loyalty towards HousingAnywhere and Kamernet through marketing automation and email marketing.
- Set up effective new marketing automation to drive activation of both tenants and landlords. Continuously manage and optimise the existing marketing automation workflows
- Initiate stand-alone email campaigns for multiple purposes, including but not limited to driving customer engagement, announcing changes in the platform & conducting surveys to improve our understanding of customer needs
- Act as a stakeholder for marketing emails — work with product marketeers, content marketeers & other stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless campaign execution and drive product adoption & education
- Monitor and analyse the impact of each campaign to apply improvements
- Write and test email copy & headlines to increase open rates & CTRs
- Set up AB-tests and measure, analyse, and report on campaigns, everything from copy tests to delivery and frequency optimisation
- Be the primary contact person within Marketing for our CRM
- Lead the CRM implementation process for newly acquired brands
Your Profile
- You have 3+ years of experience in the field of digital marketing, email/marketing automation and/or customer journey management
- You are creative and data-driven; you take initiative in implementing new email campaigns, and youre able to analyse the results of the campaigns
- You have strong communication skills and are able to collaborate closely and effectively with other teams, e.g. product and engineering teams
- You have exceptional project management skills.
- You have excellent level copywriting skills in English. Other languages are a plus
- You have experience in setting up segmented email campaigns and using CRM tools, preferably Hubspot
- You are tech and digitally savvy and eager to learn new technology solutions
